My name is René and I’m a software engineer from and in Switzerland, St. Gallen. Naturally, I speak Swiss German, but the most part of this blog is, for the sake of consistency, kept in English.

I like to think about life, politics, history, financial topics, sports, and much more.

This blog is mainly to address the sometimes recurring it-would-be-nice-to-post-this-even-if-nobody-reads-it urge, but maybe something comes out of it. Perhaps I’ll just use it as mechanism to develop my thoughs and ideas.

Or maybe the site just becomes stale and dies 😌
